I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

My experience from day one was bad, they work in a co-working space which is not safe for women, no hygiene and water in female washrooms, and as it is co-working space they don't take responsibility of that. And company is not doing good, their working style different and managers pressurise you l.
