Awlays send to client location,very difficult to work in client place .Integra micro software services doesn't have own projects.

I faced difficult during covid-19 without informing they terminated at that time no buses are travelling to bangalore.Because of that company has fired.any company have notice period without pay anything they terminated don't join in this company.Integra clients are CSG ,Manipal don't go as per my Experience don't join this type of comapnies I loss one year.I not Under stand client client client without client company doesn't have own projects.In case projects are not assigned from client they will terminate without any thing.Some peoples are feeling like boss of the company. No work life balance,No proper work system maintained, No hike ,High work pressure, No compof, worst canteen food,company infrastructure is like 70's,Need to beg for a leave.Partiality, behavior is very insulting on our last day at a company,they ignore us and won't give proper details for completing formality,make us wait for long
