I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. They use to deploy onsite after that they don't not care about employees how would be facing. After resignation they use to give the excuse we will release even 5 days before this policy is only applicable for onsite support engineer. So disappointed 😔
