I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Appraisals are always delayed (now it is shifted till dec for 2024), no work life balance, very few seniors in the company, no job security at all, strict 9am deadline to reach office. Before joining Innobit, please consider that you will get a good learning at the cost of your mental peace. (Kind of a big boss house where they are interested in your life from professional to personal matters.)

During the project of after market, they treat us like slave (g*u) , from 9 AM to 12 AM , rigorous breakdown, top managers are making mistake but never accepted their mistake , and if you make mistake , you know what to do next , make sure to update your profile on LinkedIn (#opentowork).
