This company always committed to every new joining for all facilities, but unfortunately break their commit every time. That I was facing. They can deduct your salary any time any cause. That is meaningless. when any reason any employee change they are job, this company refuse to give the last salary and relieving letter also starting bad behaviour. So I am totally disagree to refer any one.

Dislikes

Mainly no yearly increment no bonus nothing. Also This company deduct Rs. 2000 every month for lunch. If you denied to taken lunch, then no way to escape from that. Management is very very poor. Finally they are never follow any company policy

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
