They hire a 2 year experienced person and give them above 16LPA and their own employees with 5 years experience get only 5-7LPA on same designation. No hikes, no support, nothing being done for employee wellness, most of the projects works on weekends as well. People are having extra maritl affairs at the office. Zero for work culture, zero to team leads and managers.

Good work life balance in a lot of projects, but some projects including the one I work in, offer terrible work life balance. Facilities for employees are admirable. Campus is real good, green and eco friendly.

Poor salary hike and promotion. Terrible work life balance in some projects.

Nothing post lockdown, all facilities diminished to existence even now. All those culture and things vanished from Infosys completely now, now it's like just another some sense company

Work culture Over hours expectations No promotion hike to existing employees No facilities like heard from peers previously. Who cares attitude of management, HR and Company overall.

in some departments or project, find very difficulties to maintain work life balance due to project work policy. we need to maintain min. working our in ODC even we don't have work or need to collaboration in work, even when some emergencies except medical. but it is only in some cases overall it is good.

There are alot learning opportunities for freshers as well as laterals. Good culture and Supportive Colleagues again depends on project to project I got really good team, sometime there is a lot work load but you will definitely learn every day.

Salary compensation, appraisal and promotion is very bad. I was working as an SAP FICO Consultant but salary is really too much low. HR will never listen to you if you want an salary hike even if you have really good reviews from managers and client, they will just show you policy of promotions and appraisal. Work culture , poor work life balance. They even charge you for parking even in SEZ . The prices in cafeteria are higher. And obviously we all know Narayan murthy the boss expects you to work 14 hours a day for India’s growth not Infosys growth!!!

3.5yrs, I've worked hard for this company. If I turn back and look, I did not have a life after work at all. I was the top performer in my team. But. I still did not get any hikes or promotion even after asking for it. Infosys has given me that tag of "yoe =3.5" but nothing else. Simple example : They trained me in software dev for 3months and put me in support project. It took me 2.5 yrs to come out of that support project with manager approval and landed a data engineer role. I won't suggest infy to the worst of my enemy. Hikes and career growth are totally bad. If someone is looking for stability that can go for Infosys but if someone wants good salary increments and promotions, at Infosys it will take a lot of time.

Did not get any recognition, satisfactory increment, didn't get any promotion. They charge for Cab services. Not satisfied with package they are giving to freshers. It is same from last 15 years or maybe more.
