Dislikes

Not good for freshers. Office politics. Very very less growth even after staying for years. Over that 3 months notice period will make things even more difficult for people to switch.

Luckily I didn't get involved in any politics kind of team. I got a good team with great support. I had a great time in Infosys in Project, Learning, Team mates, Work Culture and all.

Dislikes

Base salary of the freshers are still the same as like 20 years back. Not providing compatitive salary as like laterals. Lateral Joiners are rewarded with Market demand well insiders don't get rewarded

The most important and beautiful thing of Infosys is the campus at Pune DC. The campus is very refreshing, whenever, I feel bored, I take round at the campus which refreshes my mind.

The projects are very less. So, there is very struggle while getting projects.

Recognition of work is not good . If we do good work we will get more work. Also salary hikes is very bad.In this expensive life style their salary is not good.

Compensation was very less as compared to the other similar companies and getting promoted wasn't very easy too even though your performance is good. So basically, there was no motivation to do good work.

U would feel the saturation after 1 yr. So better to switch than to stay. Salary promotion is too low.

One of best company for long term work.

Dislikes

Infosys is one of best company for work with large scale of projects. Only the bad thing is higher management/ managers, I have experienced my manager was very toxic even not supporting to any of the teammates. If you assign under good manager your life in Infosys is like heaven and bad luckily assign under toxic manager he will be showing you hell every day.

You'll never be dropped unless you are in bench, also there is not much stress or pressure from anyone, but this depends on the project/client. I'm still working in Hybrid mode, I prefer remote but 10 days of office per month is not bad though.

Rating and appraisal is just for name sake, you'll continue to get the same salary for years until you get promoted. Infosys doesn't care about employees much. Even if you are applying papers, no body will come and ask you why and try to match the offer to not to let you go. Instead they'll just tell good luck and that's it. I have no likes. There is such a very very worst management and managers.

No employee care. There is an onsite powerful unmankind guy torturing employees using some kind of electro magnetic devices. Making people sick. That guy must have charged to arre st. This is totally waste of time and energy. Never join this place. Investigate about onsite powerful unmankind guy first. I do not recommended this place not even to begg er.
