Poor growth. You will always stay far behind with your peer friends in other companies.

Promotion once after 3 years even it is not sure. You may need to wait for 5, 6 months more. And your will be the only person need to reach your unit manager and keep them asking for this then they may took a look for your promotion.

I cleared all rounds and we had HR discussion for document verification but because of some disgusting policy they didn't hired me . policy detail:- If you have some educational/career gap then they will consider this and deduct from the experience don't understand what kind of logic they have build behind this policy i mean if anyone having the relevant experience doesn't mater he/she had some career/educational gap or not , he/she should be not effect because of that gap Note:- In a simple words i had 3+ years of experience in salesforce continuously which they needed but because of some educational/career gap i couldn't make it...Read More

Most of the management is lacking management skills with a few exceptions, appraisal process has been getting skipped every year, unrealistic commitments to clients like working every weekend without compensating for it

But the total management is the worst of all. They don't even have skills and dont know the working knowledge and dont know the team properly.

everything is bad...no communication...long waiting times for reply....nobody tells what to do...no work...struggle to get projects and basic information...even govt office better and more productive

We won't get any recognition in the project and company as well but it mainly depends on the manager and if you are thinking about money means this company is not for you as we won't get any appraisals or bonuses

Infosys manager and HR didn't respond to mails and calls for days despite multiple follow ups and reminders. None of them know about Infosys policies. Each time they just ask you to raise ticket with support team and they just forward any questions to each other resulting in confusion and choas.

Can't change project. Your pretty much stuck in yours till it gets over. In my project no specific working hours can login at 10:30 but logout depends on your work. And didn't get into development and have no growth

Highly toxic work culture. Unit heads run the units as their private enterprises. Very fragile egos. Asking any question can be a reason enough for them to spoil your career. Unit heads create fake proofs for promoting their favorites and also they do the same when they have to spoil anyone's career. HR is for manager protection andnot for employee. You will join and leave the company at the same salary. Employee going on sick leave is also used against them during appraisals. Initiatives like IJP, salary correction and appraisals are all hoax. For internal job posting IJP they offer standard hike of 17% and move all increment into performance bonus and retirals. Your in hand will be less post promotion....Read More

There are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.
