Only thing I like is that they provide you time to learn about tools and technologies apart from that there is nothing to like here.
There are so many dislikes in this company (1) They put in unnecessary trainings not relevant to your career path not align with your job position/ job role For Eg:- A person hired for a role of Data Engineer it's good to give training on GCP Data Engineer Azure DP-203 certification on python, sql etc because a person need these all things to grow but they put in java, .net, UI-UX Design trainings I mean if person want to do all these stuffs why would he applied for Data Engineer role (2) They don't have project related to Data then the candidates who joined this company as a Data Engineer they forced to do work like maintain an excel sheet where you can track the open position coming in the project going on in company it's management work why would a software engineer or Data Engineer do that or put you in role of support and the support role is like maintain a server check hardware attend the calls talk to client if server is down do networking if you have something like that than hire a networking person who can do you all this stuff and capable enough to do that. (3) The management team is very very very very awful they don't listen you only speak what they want to speak then force the candidate to leave a job or resign from the job you don't have projects after that you hired for a profile now a person is financially stable now you come one day and say put a paper if you want to do atleast ask him to put a paper on his performance (4) Told you to do work on sat and sun you'll get compensastion but they don't give any compensastion ***I'll suggest that don't join this company you'll regret after joining this company***...Read More

Infogain couple of years ago was great, Good appraisals, Good work life balance etc. They opted work from home model till sept 2024 for all employees. All of a sudden they moved the appraisal cycle from Jan to April in 2023. They did the same in 2024 as well. The appraisal cycle was moved from April to July. And they notified this on 1st of April after getting all the work done by employees.
No work life balance, no appraisals.

Company has double standards. At one end they want to Grate Plate to Work at other end they use toxic, derogatory and deeming language with the employees. Even after bringing good business for the company. This company has Subhas Chandra Bose like leaders who only needs blood and after sucking the blood they fire the employees. All they do is give more appreciations only for the females.
It is a pathetic company with CEO like Dinesh Vengupal and Delivery Leaders as Mohit Bat and Navaneethan. There is CHRO is the only employee who enjoys the WorkLifeBalance. He will go for Jog, Cycling, and Gym, and even for the makeup. Other employees will go through agony and pain and he will be the only person enjoying life to the fullest.

I really enjoy working at Infogain because everything runs so smoothly. The leadership team is approachable, projects are well-structured, and the overall company culture makes it a pleasure to contribute every day.
There isn’t much to dislike about working at Infogain. If I had to mention something, it would be that, like any organization, there can be occasional challenges in aligning timelines or managing priorities, but these are minor and usually resolved quickly through teamwork and communication.
