There are many great people at InfoCepts who are really supporting. The people I have met here I will look up to for the rest of my life. The learnings and opportunities I have gotten recently in my career are really valuable for me. Though this may differ from project to project.

There is a grey area when talking about work load and pressure for a fresher who doesn't get paid enough. Even after giving your 100% in the job, the salary was not satisfactory.

It was the great company but seems lost the way in between. Could not scale with the increased number of resource, its strength was 750 took 10 years, and all of sudden they decided to follow model like other service baSed

If you are assigned a good project, then work culture is excellent.

Salary and promotion are not satisfactory, even if you gave your best in all areas. And performed excellently the whole year. They use PIP to get rid of employees. If you performed well in the whole process of PIP, but at the end they are not satisfied with your work and ask you to resign.
