There isn’t anything which i liked about infocepts

Dislikes

There is list of things, The management is very poor in terms of identifying there resources. Lot of politics is played and the career at infocepts is endangered also i am pretty sure that is something which is not known to @shashank Garg the CEO of infocepts.

There are many great people at InfoCepts who are really supporting. The people I have met here I will look up to for the rest of my life. The learnings and opportunities I have gotten recently in my career are really valuable for me. Though this may differ from project to project.

Dislikes

There is a grey area when talking about work load and pressure for a fresher who doesn't get paid enough. Even after giving your 100% in the job, the salary was not satisfactory.

The working culture and people here are good. Ambitious and cooperative work environment.

Dislikes

It lacks a bit in employee promotion and employee benefit programs. It is technically natural. But, considering the work and lifestyle here employee needs to be considered and understood.

Do not provide equal opportunities to their associates. The management is not at all reachable and immediate managers are very rude. They make you work on only client tools and no market ready technologies are available. Zero scope of Personal growth!

It was the great company but seems lost the way in between. Could not scale with the increased number of resource, its strength was 750 took 10 years, and all of sudden they decided to follow model like other service baSed

Great Company lost the way ,could not scale with higher number of resource. Startups really facing crunch between money and skill changing in IT industry.

If you are assigned a good project, then work culture is excellent.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion are not satisfactory, even if you gave your best in all areas. And performed excellently the whole year. They use PIP to get rid of employees. If you performed well in the whole process of PIP, but at the end they are not satisfied with your work and ask you to resign.

Nothing to be very honest ,the work culture at InfoCepts needs significant improvement to foster a more positive and productive environment for it's employees.

Small company ..that's why a lot of politics and monopoly of leads. Making employees low in confidence and self esteem.
