The salary is too low, no job security, low promotion without giving valid reasons and dull management.

Overall from IT side the company was good, a bit of flexibility of working was there.

Dislikes

A lot of politics, especially in HR department was there, without any notice or anything one sudden day I was told that I was laid off, no guidelines or steps were followed. Office politics is the worst
