I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Academic Content Writer, Nagerbazar WB branch Well the office is good, there are a few members (80%) from royal research solutions which is another office. The work culture here is terrible and the management is headed by a bald fool named Anindya (forgot title of that a**). He is a perso n who blabbers terrible shit and he is not respectful towards the employee (reason I am being harsh while posting the review). I worked there for 7 days and believe me the team leader Shounima is a pathetic, she will point out that you have no knowledge and her training is also bogus. She herself does not know how to train a person. I am filling up the likes section with dislikes as there is hardly a few things to be liked.
