Other department people will interfere in your department and create chaos. Poor work life balance, work culture is very toxic nowadays. Earlier it was nice ... When husna was there everything was nice and on track, post her resignation things started to get disbalanced.

Celebration in the workplace are the most awesome. Some days ago, all of us celebrated Christmas. We played games and exchanged gifts. Everything was so much fun. Treats were organised to make the celebration more enjoyable. I'd look forward to more such events to create more sweet memories with my colleagues.

A lot of previous are satisfactory, however, if comfort is a concern, then outdated furniture is something to do away with. I don't really like the seats in particular.

It's fairly easy to connect with the top management people whenever they are needed. On top of that, there are flexible office hours. Another big plus is the leave policy.

This is a job full of amazing benefits. I work without strict deadlines. The shift as per the standard office duration. To maintain my performance, I am given feedback every week. For regional festivities and rituals, please provide longer breaks. It is more relaxing when I have an additional day to travel.
