It was better before but nothing remains these days.

Culture, job security, unprofessional behaviour, not even helpful. Only gonnaa pay 21200 to new joinee, till 1.5 year then gonna increase 3k only and pg rent is 13k minimum. You only know 9 am is login time but log out depends sometimes next day.

Very bad company, zero professionalism, every wants to interfere in everyone's personal life, no over time, no promotion based on performance, extreme pressure, no one teach you any thing about the projects, newly staffed people in any project are seen with hatred, very poor project management, project managers come in afternoon andwant their junior associates to sit with for 9 hours. HR has no response to any complaint basically HR doesn't give a shit about any thing. Very less leaves, the project managers wants you to work on weekends too (without OT), in this company humans are treated like resource ( literally). HR wants to add every employee in their LinkedIn so that they can know if any employee is planning to switch, of they come to know then they will call you and scold you for that. Quislex has multiple contracts with their competitors with respect to not hiring quislex employees. If any fresher is joining this company then know one thing you will not get in-hand salary promised by the HR, you will get 5k less than that. So be prepared to get money from home. Cell phones are not allowed in project rooms but in work from home this rule doesn't apply. The issue with human nature is that many individuals want money without putting in the necessary hard work. Quislex, as a company, has its own reasons and policies. It is a place for hardworking and passionate individuals. During my time at Quislex, I observed a senior who worked alongside the executive employees with equal dedication and effort, even those who were hired on a contract basis. It is as simple as this: to survive in water, you must know how to swim—and not just swim but swim harder to achieve your goals. Quislex offers several advantages to its employees. The company provides cabs, food, and the freedom to listen to music while working. They also conduct regular training sessions to help employees enhance their skills. Yes, there are times when the company asks employees to work on weekends, but this is done thoughtfully.
