Obviously it was a good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive, but there was a big problem regarding job security... During the covid 19 situation this campany is failed to keep the promises. Many of people around 150-200 are lost their job without any reason... When too many projects were in thr process, all the emp loyee work together without seeing any time limit without any overtime pay...now this the result of the effort of all the employees who worked together for quislex at the emergency situation, now they got resigned....Read More

Never join this company, zero professionalism, pathetic culture, there are no leaves(only LOPs), poor planning resulting in overburdened and over worked staff....To add to that there are no overtime payouts or compensatiory offs....I don't understand how can all this be allowed...Gross violation of labor laws and ethics.
