Recently started working here, like it's been a month under the FastInfo group's OLI(OnlinelegalIndia) Team. It's really been more insightful and I am still growing day-to-day. The TLs, SMEs, our own Gautam sir (Floor manager) has created an atmosphere of elation and enthusiastism. The paying scale is good according to market standards and so is office culture which is quite rare!!

Dislikes

I mean if your TLs and your seniors are constantly pushing you to be more success in your life so that you grow to be more that you aimed is considered a disadvantage, then i would like to get benefit from it.

Not a good experience. I was hired for the role of HR Recruiter. In my pre-joining email HR Recruiter was mentioned. But after 2 days of working when I received offer letter, the designation was Junior Executive. In the whole offer letter there was no mention of HR department. In the offer letter there was no roles and responsibilities mentioned. So I didn't join.

Poor Ambience and unhygienic Washroom and toxic work culture.... Forceful Extension and uncleanliness of workplace....No proper System provided...... unhygienic Canteen and coffee doesn't taste good....Lack of maintenance in the building and management...

Never seen a better environment in any other office but .here things are different it's a very friendly environment over here and all hr manager and TLS are very understanding and friendly
