Following an open-door policy, Infiniti Research has created a really awesome environment. Because of this policy, no one hesitates in clearing things up. The employees can freely talk about anything in their mind like any doubts or concerns. HR is too good at handling things. I find HR to be like a friend who is always there to listen me.

Dislikes

During the cold weather, the blower is turned which I don't find to be very comfortable.

Being a manager, I can't be too friendly. I need to be firm. But some employees are so sensitive and take things personally. I don't like this at all.

I like working here for many things. the work culture is as the corporate one should be. The employees are professional and don't try to drag you into unnecessary things. HR, managers, and bosses ensure that everything is alright in the office. The work pressure too is not very high and everything gets done on time.

Dislikes

My first office had a really big canteen with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. This office is missing that.

There is no one in the office who shows superiority. There are numerous employees who are exceptionally talented. But even they don't behave like this. I have found really genuine people in this office. Whether they managers, founders. or even HR, everyone is humble.

Dislikes

When I got on board, all the policies were not told to me on the first day. Though the policies are fine, everything should be given on the first day for a better perception of the organization.

it can be tough to work as an assistant manager when you are given multiple things at the same time. At Infiniti, I never faced the problem of doing several things all at once. I am given enough time to execute the tasks one by one. So, I am able to peacefully work without being in a confused state of mind.

Dislikes

The work timings are fine. They can be adjusted also. But when work is more, working for hours can be required.
