1) Feudal system of management where employees are dumped every project while senior level relaxes with whip. 2) Do not go for the CTC it offers, because the variable is a big margin. Suppose if you have a CTC of 6 LPA, then out of it your in hand will be around 4.5 LPA. The variable although promised will never come to you in full figures annually. 3) Disgusting work life balance. Not all but some managers of AVP level thinks themselves as 'Nawazadas'. This is a feudal culture. 5) HR Business Process is powerless. And in any issue becomes spokesperson or advocate of the management, than being bridge between employee and management. In this regard, It has the worst HR Business Process I have ever seen. 6) Job Security is terrible. Everyday someone is hired and someone leaves or gets fired. This is literally a Hiring and Firing organization. In spite of such a high rate of attrition, Neither management nor HR is bothered about it. Politics is unfortunately high....Read More
