I like Company's environment most as they provide you the environment in which you can learn and do your best of your capabilities while working for any projects. There is no so called office politics here if you are capable of doing good in your assigned you will definately get benefits like promotion etc. They guide you, they try to build your career, they are always there for you if you need any assistance. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
