1. It is a school based working environment with daily leanings and oral test with your mentors 2. Those who like Call centre job, this is a perfect match for you, you need to be connected in team calls/project calls for more than 6 to 8 hours a day, even if there is nothing to speak from your end. 3. You can get good friends as we are in school environment and can enjoy literally until you are assigned to a project. 4. Daily assignments will be given to you and the next day you need to present it 5. Fun Friday celebrations will be there as a strategy to feel stress free, only for that moment....Read More

1. No work satisfaction because daily you need to learn new concepts. 2. you cannot survey without daily learning 3. You have to do daily oral test and presentations to mentors to keep their mouth shut or they will be keep on irritating you as strict school teacher 4. All projects have different learning and when moving from one project to another you need to learn from the scratch and every concepts will be new. 5. Most mentors are HINDI people and they purposely irritate you by keep on speaking in Hindi in team calls and at end they expect to say what do you understand in call?? 6. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
