Worst work culture, they check your bag at gate every day like some garment factory. Only get advantage only if you are girl , no matter how talented you are. Micro management to it's peak. Its become mini cognizant, all employees from cognizant jumping to invite and same cts policies are following, their mindset will never change, TN influence will more across company. They will not give chance to grow for other states people.

Infinite computer solution is good .but client iron mountain is worst. Client name is anil zampa he dont have much knowledge on front end angular. he do lot of micro managment.which is pathetic. Dont join iron mountain projects.

Client project from Iron mountain is worst. Client name Anil zampa he is worst fellow and dump. He is working in HITL project and IDP project. He do lot of micro management everytime. He will inform to his superiors if candidate misses one day work. That superior person listen to his words which is pathetic.
