I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I like the resources provided to me is amazingly wonderful as per my work style. My mentor always favor me and encourage all my efforts. Never asked me for overtime. Following management Hierarchy, that i never have to answer to any senior management for any mistake. It is near to my home, so i am loving it.

I dislike the HR management, as they rarely organize fun-Friday. As i am a sports loving person, they never organize any sports activity for refreshment. Poorly celebrating festivals. If we talk about income, The incentive structure and policy is very poor. Still it never comes on time.
