IBS Pvt Ltd is a disappointing company to work for. With a small team of 8-9 employees, cooperation is lacking, and office politics are rampant. Job security is non-existent, as the owner can terminate employment with just a day's notice. The HR department is unhelpful, and salary deductions occur for arriving even a few minutes late. Overall, I strongly advise against joining this company.

They did not even gave me an offer letter while I was working as a intern with them. Poor teamwork no one teaches anything you have to learn everything on your own and no one helps even the head over there does not even care. Nothing happens there like a team activity everyone is bored.
