Office is beautiful... people are nice and friendly. If you manage to stick here for more than 5 years theyll send you to Canada.

Dislikes

No worklife balance. managers will call you after office timings..10 to 11 in the night, and again 9 the next morning HR policies keep changing... your offer letter will have 'terms and conditions apply' in microscopic print and they make full use of that Senior people will take credit for your work. If you're lucky you'll get to be under good leadership but thats so rare..

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
