HR Policies not documented. They are made on the fly. No portal to see the policies. Management keeps on giving false hopes and playing politics The project with them are mostly on obsolete technologies Route their employees through accenture so you are basically an accenture employee on incture's payroll working on a client location. No say whatsoever in the treatment or work given to their employees. You cannot get your leaves encashed after you leave You cannot take sick leaves in notice period even if you are on your death bed, or you will have to extend your notice period. No proper hike process. They will keep you hanging....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
