it has limited and small scale clients so for fresher's who are starting can choose it.

Dislikes

1.)They dont pay you in internship. 2.)give some basic training that is good for those who are not familiar to coding but for those who are profecient its waste of time. 3.)they have some inkathon process that is mandatory for everyone and has some projects and if you dont perform well you will be out. 4.) internship is not planned.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
