The directors of the company ( Prashant petkar and Pravin jawanjal ) are very humble and supportive to the Fresher's and juniors... I have gained great knowledge from there regarding oil and gas field... They encourage their juniors to lead the project and Always helps them when they stuck with any queries with politeness...

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
