Good learning curve for freshers. Few days with low work pressure.

Dislikes

No bonuses. No pick up cab. No shift allowances for afternoon / evening shifts. No festive gift / bonus. Strict WFO. Uncooperative Leaders. Below average office environment. Food and canteens are below average. Underhiked / underpaid below industry standards.

*Skill Development department is good only as there is no politics there. *CEO of the company is an interesting guy as he will write books and force employees to buy and then reimburse it from his own pocket and make it as best seller. * INCEDO will surely ask Ambition Box to delete my comments.

**********If you want to destroy your career go and join Incedo********** *No Projects and stick to same project and keep on licking boot of Manager & Senior Manager to save your but. *Continuous change in Senior Management resulting No Vision about future growth of the company. *Always Job security concern with No Employee Value. Either you become a boot licker or leave the Job. First they will hire with sky rocketing promises and the ask to leave. *Most of the employees in Office are engaged in side business as they see no future in Incedo leading to extra pressure to genuine employees relying on Job and ultimately leading to burnout situation. Myself admitted hospitals many times and ultimately leave the job by paying from my own pocket for early release. *If you want to leave the company Sr. Management very politely & silently will try to stall your career making sure you don't get job so easily as they try every possible effort to malign your CV on Job portals. *Managers are worst in engaging employees as they are engaged in unethical practices in office with female counterparts. They will do nothing but come to office & show their supremacy. All responsibilities have to be taken by team leads and team players. *No flexibility to show your skills as different departments are enemies of each other to save their Job. They will come all guns blazing if you promote knowledge share culture. *Frequent change in HR Policy but HR departments themself will not follow it. The Process defined for few day and again everything will be back to "All thief are cousin brother" aka "Chor Chor Mousere Bhai". * Last but not the least, there is strong lobbying in local people making it uneasy for outstation talent to work. There are some projects wherein some managers are sitting for more than 7 to 8 years and have considered company as their maiyka they don't want to get up from their seats which is creating mess in the company, and I think everyone is suffering from this. Advice: Find those leads and managers who are now treating themselves as celebrity specially on 5th and 6th floor Many thanks 🙏

They dont have proper projects and they hire freshers and do layoff with very silly reason and they blackmail us to keep resignation , if raise our voice they will blackmail us to terminate, this incedo ruined my life and dreams tooo, they hire freshers from colleges and make to do some unwanted pocs and take out from the job

Companies management is worse on one side they will take meditation courses and on other side they will do layoff.Even the book from CEO Is best seller because they asked employees to buy that compulsory

pathetic management, terrible infra (does not have the space to accommodate its engineers), clueless hippos who hire in bulk just to showcase that they hire from colleges, do not even have projects to give to their new hires all in all, its a waste of time and career.

- Super-toxic environment. - Every project, they will make u work for minimum 14 hours. You health /wealth will go for a toss for sure. - Hire and fire company. - Please note, ..They don't have projects. Neither, they have bench policy. - the HR is very very rude, non-emphathatic, un-ethical and unprofessional. - If u get selected, just complete 1 year and run away.

Incedo learning program. Other activities like weekend parties, promotion celebration are good.

Dislikes

Some people doing the jobs but don't have knowledge of that domain. The people have the knowledge of perticular domain have to do extra work. Promotion and increment based on the fact that what is your reachability to the management persons.
