There is nothing to like. Worst work culture, poeple management.

This is the worst organisation. No Job security from engineers to Directors. You don't know when your manager show his true colour to save Job and start micro management. People around in the team is just like more than "Yes Man". To save their job they will go to Manager's personal event and do as much b00tlicking as they can. Worst thing I saw in my career. HR are so reluctant any issue with employee engagement. They come, have team, do nothing and go. No accountability. Don't care who joins & who leaves the organisation. They just want their salary. Specially Gurgaon & Pune HR Team. No potential project to spent 5 years. Many Directors & Sr. Directors come and go as there is no potential works leading to instability in the team. Worst part is nobody want to work. A few people who works & run the projects are kept out of key decision making and sometime kicked out. No proper process followed by HR and Employees although they will send mail every months of new regulations. Very much irritating. In a nutshell. No life but to be slave in Incedo. *Skill Development department is good only as there is no politics there. *CEO of the company is an interesting guy as he will write books and force employees to buy and then reimburse it from his own pocket and make it as best seller. * INCEDO will surely ask Ambition Box to delete my comments.

**********If you want to destroy your career go and join Incedo********** *No Projects and stick to same project and keep on licking boot of Manager & Senior Manager to save your but. *Continuous change in Senior Management resulting No Vision about future growth of the company. *Always Job security concern with No Employee Value. Either you become a boot licker or leave the Job. First they will hire with sky rocketing promises and the ask to leave. *Most of the employees in Office are engaged in side business as they see no future in Incedo leading to extra pressure to genuine employees relying on Job and ultimately leading to burnout situation. Myself admitted hospitals many times and ultimately leave the job by paying from my own pocket for early release. *If you want to leave the company Sr. Management very politely & silently will try to stall your career making sure you don't get job so easily as they try every possible effort to malign your CV on Job portals. *Managers are worst in engaging employees as they are engaged in unethical practices in office with female counterparts. They will do nothing but come to office & show their supremacy. All responsibilities have to be taken by team leads and team players. *No flexibility to show your skills as different departments are enemies of each other to save their Job. They will come all guns blazing if you promote knowledge share culture. *Frequent change in HR Policy but HR departments themself will not follow it. The Process defined for few day and again everything will be back to "All thief are cousin brother" aka "Chor Chor Mousere Bhai". * Last but not the least, there is strong lobbying in local people making it uneasy for outstation talent to work. Working in Telecom vertical, the client I had did not have any challenging role for me to play so, 1. Work life balance was great 2. Pay was good 3. Hybrid model of working

WORK-WISE 1. Don't expect any creative space 2. Stick only to the checklist provided 3. Any ideas in terms of improving a system is not at all entertained 4. Repeated tasks over and over AND 5. Tasks were completely unrelated from my work profile. I was given 5% to 10% of MLOps and repeatedly keep doing that over a period of 2 years. COMPANY WISE: 1. No Work bench policy, once on bench Internal team would try but no guarantee that you will get the new client. 2. Locations where majority of Management people aren't seated, that branch is often neglected and employees hardly feel a part of being in a team. 3.
