I won't recommend this organisation to anyone especially if you're joining in Campuseai financial services process. Avoid at all costs but if you don't have any other organization to join or any other offer then i would say it's better to have something then nothing, but be prepared of constant shift timings change if you're a male,lot of discrimination for male staff as our shift and week off changes will be much more frequent, one day you will be working in 5pm shift other day you will be in 11 pm shift. The managers and QA team will make your life difficult and they won't shy away from literally yelling at you. Even if you approach the HR he will take sides with the manager....Read More

The manager and QA team will make your life difficult, you have to deal with constant changes in shift timings especially of your a male employee. The worst part is 3 months notice period, the management won't shy away from threatening you for not giving your relieving letter and experience letter if you even ask for leaves. In my opinion don't join if your hired for technical support engineer profile for Campuseai process, it's a call center you won't work on new technologies, you will be taking back to back calls and creating tickets, routing them to other teams. No career growth, just a call center but as it's a software company they're technical support engineer profile for a customer care process. Avoid working here but if you're stuck and can't find anything else then join. I have completed 1 year and on my notice period, this was probably the worst year, just waiting for my last day to leave this worst organization. Nothing, if you get an offer there use that as a stepping place to get in to another better company coz 90 days notice period is to much and what ever you say and provide proof for it they will not let you go and in this 90 days you will definitely go through hell (not only 90 days the hell starts from the 4 month after joining), sobest option you don’t need to show this dum company as your experience just quit without saying anything and have a happy career with other startup’s as well...Read More

Company's culture, work timings, compensation and helping out each other, my managers were very friendly and they were available when we needed them.

Hiring decision, the reason I say this is because we very hired for a project which did not start. We were shifted to a different project during my employment though. I had to go but still I loved my time with Incedo.

The company is all about fake promises. No skill development or learning at all. The management has sweared that they will do absolutely nothing for the employees. We are working double for the last 5 months without any incentive or bonus or promotions or ijp. Seniors don't shy away from giving threats to make life difficult if you raise a voice.
