I met good people, My team was superb.

Dislikes

No job security, no projects, and the management is pretty irresponsible. They don’t seem interested in bringing in new clients or keeping the ones they have. Instead, they’re busy replacing experienced techies with fresh graduates and focusing more on advertising Nitin’s book than actually retaining clients.

Good learning curve for freshers. Few days with low work pressure.

Dislikes

No bonuses. No pick up cab. No shift allowances for afternoon / evening shifts. No festive gift / bonus. Strict WFO. Uncooperative Leaders. Below average office environment. Food and canteens are below average. Underhiked / underpaid below industry standards.

*Skill Development department is good only as there is no politics there. *CEO of the company is an interesting guy as he will write books and force employees to buy and then reimburse it from his own pocket and make it as best seller. * INCEDO will surely ask Ambition Box to delete my comments.

Either you become a boot licker or leave the Job. First they will hire with sky rocketing promises and the ask to leave. *Most of the employees in Office are engaged in side business as they see no future in Incedo leading to extra pressure to genuine employees relying on Job and ultimately leading to burnout situation. Myself admitted hospitals many times and ultimately leave the job by paying from my own pocket for early release. *If you want to leave the company Sr. Management very politely & silently will try to stall your career making sure you don't get job so easily as they try every possible effort to malign your CV on Job portals. *Managers are worst in engaging employees as they are engaged in unethical practices in office with female counterparts. They will do nothing but come to office & show their supremacy. All responsibilities have to be taken by team leads and team players. *No flexibility to show your skills as different departments are enemies of each other to save their Job. They will come all guns blazing if you promote knowledge share culture. *Frequent change in HR Policy but HR departments themself will not follow it. The Process defined for few day and again everything will be back to "All thief are cousin brother" aka "Chor Chor Mousere Bhai". * Last but not the least, there is strong lobbying in local people making it uneasy for outstation talent to work. There are some projects wherein some managers are sitting for more than 7 to 8 years and have considered company as their maiyka they don't want to get up from their seats which is creating mess in the company, and I think everyone is suffering from this. Advice: Find those leads and managers who are now treating themselves as celebrity specially on 5th and 6th floor Many thanks 🙏

Culture is nothing there, all the functions specially Assetmark run by Roopali Chopra, Rupesh Ninave, Dhiraj Gupta, Arun Gupta and Ritu Govil all culprits played with professional life of employees. You can't leave company if you get opportunity they will either termenate you or give you RL having three different date on it like date of joining, date of Last working day and date of Last employment day. This is the worst organisation. No Job security from engineers to Directors. You don't know when your manager show his true colour to save Job and start micro management. People around in the team is just like more than "Yes Man". To save their job they will go to Manager's personal event and do as much b00tlicking as they can. Worst thing I saw in my career. HR are so reluctant any issue with employee engagement. They come, have team, do nothing and go. No accountability. Don't care who joins & who leaves the organisation. They just want their salary. Specially Gurgaon & Pune HR Team. No potential project to spent 5 years. Many Directors & Sr. Directors come and go as there is no potential works leading to instability in the team. Worst part is nobody want to work. A few people who works & run the projects are kept out of key decision making and sometime kicked out. No proper process followed by HR and Employees although they will send mail every months of new regulations. Very much irritating. In a nutshell. No life but to be slave in Incedo.
