skill required for inched is politics and play games only ,no skilled required .if you know politics then you can join, you can easily spend 5-10 years there else stay from incedo. they do not have project not even in pipeline but they hire people and spoil your career. worse department is R&D, if you know jokes , comedy ,like to watch videos on youtube then join incedo R&D team, you will love it.

I was working in a project ,day 1 I am listening this project will shutdown ,...... blah blah and after 6 month it become true, old employee just enjoy that period and after it they said all new employee will be fire, so better you search job.

I appreciate the collaborative environment and I learned a lot from my team members. Company had a strong focus on professional development. The office space was modern and well equipped.

Since it is service based company so if there is no project then your job is in trouble. And there is no provision to adopt you in any account.

Culture is nothing there, all the functions specially Assetmark run by Roopali Chopra, Rupesh Ninave, Dhiraj Gupta, Arun Gupta and Ritu Govil all culprits played with professional life of employees. You can't leave company if you get opportunity they will either termenate you or give you RL having three different date on it like date of joining, date of Last working day and date of Last employment day. Very top management is blind. Dont able see whats going with there resources like ad, stm, tm, tl. Entirely busy to promote company sponsored books. One management guy can spoil entire account. Company is clueless. hire one person as a site leader for entire pune and that guy started creating mess, fired many people and bring his closed friend and relative in projects total biass approach.
