I met good people, My team was superb.

Dislikes

No job security, no projects, and the management is pretty irresponsible. They don’t seem interested in bringing in new clients or keeping the ones they have. Instead, they’re busy replacing experienced techies with fresh graduates and focusing more on advertising Nitin’s book than actually retaining clients.

Incedo at its seed stage, no standard application being used, complete manual basic work, no automation nothing new learning, no exposure, pathetic environment

Good learning curve for freshers. Few days with low work pressure.

Dislikes

No bonuses. No pick up cab. No shift allowances for afternoon / evening shifts. No festive gift / bonus. Strict WFO. Uncooperative Leaders. Below average office environment. Food and canteens are below average. Underhiked / underpaid below industry standards.

There are some projects wherein some managers are sitting for more than 7 to 8 years and have considered company as their maiyka they don't want to get up from their seats which is creating mess in the company, and I think everyone is suffering from this. Advice: Find those leads and managers who are now treating themselves as celebrity specially on 5th and 6th floor Many thanks 🙏

They dont have proper projects and they hire freshers and do layoff with very silly reason and they blackmail us to keep resignation , if raise our voice they will blackmail us to terminate, this incedo ruined my life and dreams tooo, they hire freshers from colleges and make to do some unwanted pocs and take out from the job

pathetic management, terrible infra (does not have the space to accommodate its engineers), clueless hippos who hire in bulk just to showcase that they hire from colleges, do not even have projects to give to their new hires all in all, its a waste of time and career.

I appreciate the collaborative environment and I learned a lot from my team members. Company had a strong focus on professional development. The office space was modern and well equipped.

Since it is service based company so if there is no project then your job is in trouble. And there is no provision to adopt you in any account.

Culture is nothing there, all the functions specially Assetmark run by Roopali Chopra, Rupesh Ninave, Dhiraj Gupta, Arun Gupta and Ritu Govil all culprits played with professional life of employees. You can't leave company if you get opportunity they will either termenate you or give you RL having three different date on it like date of joining, date of Last working day and date of Last employment day. Company is clueless. hire one person as a site leader for entire pune and that guy started creating mess, fired many people and bring his closed friend and relative in projects total biass approach.
