Its a monumental achievement for this company as the employees are treated worse than a local regional call center. Employees here are working hard to line the pockets of the higher management so that the managers in this company can have a comfortable life.

Policies they have and how employee friendly they are, I think iLink is more than that, Here in iLink Management not only care about wellness of the team members but they contribute and put efforts to keep it. I love how they help everyone to improve in professional and personal life.
