I had a experience below 2year only I didn't face much difficulties. But few project have short duration to deliver and have to work lot to deliver it and seems like missing the planning to get time duration of project deliver.

Management is one of the strongest Pros in ilink They always surprise employee with new work environment 18 Months before when i joined in ilink i have seen some reviews here and i was scared to join but the recruiter gave a good explanation about the project and the growth..when i declined the offer after seeing those reviews really i would have missed this wonderful company..

Policies they have and how employee friendly they are, I think iLink is more than that, Here in iLink Management not only care about wellness of the team members but they contribute and put efforts to keep it. I love how they help everyone to improve in professional and personal life.
