Nothing. It's ridiculous workplace. Especially if I talk about the management, I have no words. They actually treat you like bonded labourers. They neither give experience letter and appointment letter. Ultimately I have wasted my year there. Then after insisting lot they gave one letter of joining, however it turned out to be invalid.

Dislikes

Everything was ridiculous. They are fake. They are running an institute which is illegal. Moreover, they would deduct your salary if you take sick leave; forget about casual one. There is no sick leave in this Institute. They pay your salary in cash. It means that you have no proof that you are a part of this Institute.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
