Environment.... Flexible timing... Occassional late sitting. Sat & Sun off. Suitable for woman because of the timing.

Outsourced staffs have no proper promotion policy. Insignificant yearly increment for all. For direct payroll contractual staffs....no PF. Not a place for long term..... Only permanent higher officers level staffs enjoy everything

90% of work force at IIMC managed through outsourcing, no job security, not maintaining the pay parity amongst employee. The lowest salaried IIM in India. No particular recruitment rules. Gratuity neither paid by IIMC nor by outsourcing agency. They can fire anyone whose face is not upto their own standard. Every department is headed by unprofessional officers so that, they can be moulded as per the wish of top hierarchy. The most unprofessionally managed Management Institute. It's seems to be working in the era of Mohd Bin Tughlak. Let's shift the capital from Delhi to Allahabad. That's why I'm this year's ranking they slipped one rank below after IIM Kozhikode. The day is not far away when, IIMC will be IIMC Z. The life of students who paid a sum of Rs 30 Lakh for a MBA is horrible.
