Ignite brains (Biomentors Classes Online) is a best platform for the students but not good for the employees. Appraisals are fair.

Overall score if i'll give to this company is 4/10 because they don't have any hierarchy in their system, lot of politics you'll see here (interested candidates can join, who want to make their career in politics), management was terrible because they don't address our issues, lack of transparency, No HR, leave policy changes every month, huge communication gap, job security ( they can terminate you without any notice). Inadequate communication becasue they don't even have proper channel of communication. They do follow, use and throw policy....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I work for 1 year in Mumbai its nice In bhopal it's terrible which was shifted due to covid for 6 months Some are affected due to some terms and conditions of company.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

I was affected by terms and conditions of company. Medical treatments and reimbursement and t&c only to show on paper false promises. All conflicts among each other. Poor decisions making and etc.
