Team morale is at an all-time low. Many are searching for the exit. The environment is toxic; I’ve never felt more unhappy in a job.

Dislikes

This company talks a big game about values but doesn’t follow through. Training opportunities are a joke. They want you to be experts without investing in your development. Office politics run rampant, making it impossible to collaborate effectively. I had hoped for a collaborative environment, but instead, I found a competitive and cutthroat atmosphere.

The constant backstabbing makes it hard to enjoy my job here.

Dislikes

Management undermines employees to further their own careers. The management here is incredibly unprofessional. They often hold meetings in Hindi, making it hard for non-Hindi speakers to understand anything. Working hours are absurd. You’re expected to stay late regularly, and there’s no appreciation for hard work. Management is unapproachable and dismissive of employee concerns.

Dislikes

A toxic environment with no appreciation for hard work. If you value your mental health, steer clear. I dread coming to work because of the toxic atmosphere. The pay structure is frustratingly low for the expectations set. Constantly feeling undervalued. Management’s decision-making is irrational and often leaves employees in shock.

There’s little support for beginners. The company seems more interested in filling roles than helping employees grow. You’ll be interrogated over minor errors like it’s a criminal investigation.

Dislikes

The feedback I received was vague and unconstructive. It felt more like criticism than a pathway to improvement. Team dynamics are strained due to unrealistic expectations. It’s not sustainable.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
