Nothing is good in idigilogic. Worst company to work for.

Dislikes

No work life balance for employees. No PF and gratuity benefits but income tax is deducted. They do follow any government norms or rules. Ask employees to do overtime without extra pay and no holidays and don't give holidays as well. Such a nightmare and ashamed to work in unethical and unprofessional organisation. MD Prabhakar is a worst guy, simply money minded, doesn't care about employee concerns but only bother about extracting money from clients. Salary was also not credited on time and many times it was delayed. They give visit/tourist visa to gulf countries and ask employees to work illegally since work visa will cost lot of money...Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
