I have joined Ideas2It recently. My previous experience(around 8 years) with only MNC's. So i was bit confused at the start. But, seriously never had this kind of experience anywhere in the past. With in the span of 6 months i have been into 3 projects and has interaction with different managers and got more exposure. Ideas2It is more of a employee oriented company where they will listen to people irrespective of the designation they are in. We can easily reach out to CEO to the new joiner. If you are willing to learn things then this will be your destination. At last people once here they won't prefer to leave. :)...Read More

Likes

We will get a chance to work and learn different technologies. I like the family culture here. We can reach the management very easily.

Dislikes

The only problem I facing here is work-life balance is very difficult here.

I have been here for more than 10 years, I worked on multiple domains and technologies here. Started my career here as a fresher, now I am a Technical Architect here.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
