There is absolutely no work at all go to branch sit there sit in concalls where they call you out and comeback home no work at all

If you are an MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 college you do not belong here if given a chance I would've started applying as soon as I got placed here. Will send you to branch in tier 2 cities probably near your hometown and then expect you to do sales. Open accounts, sell LIC policy call for activating their go mobile app, do cold calling for account opening.

Working condition, old employees are just taking fun and some are like pest to organisation. Leaves you won't get because everytime there is staff shortage. Means you cannot freely ask for your own leaves..you will be harrasesd and there are so many bogus rules of you are branch head or ABH, you won't get leaves easily.

IDBI is not employee centered. The women employee should be given deviation in transfer policy after checking the family situation. The promotion policy is also very tough and very demotivating. Late sitting is normal and usual. it seems like a big mistake if we leave on time. No work life balance esp in branches

Nothing. Regional Head - Ranjan Kannhiyaa.... But one point i want to inform public that some Regional Head specially Ranjan Kannnihya - Thane are treating thier staffs likes a "गुलाम" ...He just talks any rubbish words during review..They treat IDBI Bank as thier own proprietary concern. He calls his branch staff on holidays also without due consideration about thier personal works during holidays. He also indulges in "प्रांतवाद" favouring some of his good bioks staffs ignoring well being of other staff. Also as per RBI guidelines branch staffs are supposed to focus on branch day to days operations focusing customer service. But Regional Head Mr. Ranjan Kannihya - Thane forced staff for selling LIC policies. RBI need to monitor this....Read More
