Especially for women employees the workplace is very safe & secure. I love the working environment and co-workers. Team get to gather, cultural events & FunFriday and many more. Compensation is less and growth is slow and appraisal is very less. Recognition comes but it disappear during appraisal.

I loved my job when I was working with Sutherland. To look after better opportunity, I have left Sutherland. Due to Covid, I don't get further opportunity. Since I wasn't working currently with Sutherland, I was unable to provide feedback about company support.

Good opportunity to learn. But I recommend that experience people to get promoted rather than selecting less experienced or selecting people from outside. I had been in Quality for 6 years and 3 months. Only 2 levels I was promoted within 6 years. Atleast, I should be considered and promoted as Manager. But it wasn't happened. Myskillset goes in vain. Even so many of topmost managers and account managers(Service Delivery) knows about my skills. But they don't consider me and give me an opportunity.
