Your seniors will help you in every step of the way, be it in dealing with different customers/ their problems/ products on a daily basis, you gain a lot of knowledge and experience. There are frequent trainings, which will benefit in many steps. This place will teach you a lot of patience, how it is to work under pressure, how to complete the work in the given TAT. Leave policies are good and you get to have privilege leave, casual leave, sick leave, fertility leave, maternity leave, child care leave,.... 1. You will be working under a lot of pressure and stress and limited timeline. By the time you start doing a work, you will have tons of work to be done next. 2. You will have target for each and every product( highest pressure for Life Insurance) where at some point you will feel like working for an insurance company. 3. Though, there is different designations, everyone has to participate in every one's work (which is a good thing(getting to learn) as well as bad thing(when doing other's job)). 4. If there is no sales talent, best not to select ICICI, because at every step you will be needing your sales and convincing skills. 5. Bank learnt me many things which I didn't get from previous bank but there policy is not same for any people...they do what they want to do...they don't care about employees personal problem...but overall it's good to work with this bank..but I still very upset about management of bank..

Hr works on there mood... according to him bank policies can be change for that person they want to change. .. working time 9:30 to 5:15 but we login at 10:30 and working for 8:30 some time we work for 9:00 to 9:30 also without any overtime convence...

In recent times, higher level managers are too worst to work with and if you get your reporting manager Money-holic, means always asking for money from down line team members and if you do not give, he will insult you in front of every other members and customer

Very worst work culture because we went 8.30am morning comeback at evening 8.30pm targets increases. More than 20 days We work for near 12 hours
