Here in West Bengal there is excessive pressure without any geo political mapping and analysis of the terrain. The leaders compare Rest of West Bengal region with Kolkata which is totally irrelevant.

Work load They never give seat to sit for employees other than branch head and front desk officer, Product team members just roam here and there to get login and work through laptop. Most of the time get wasted to search a chair in icici bank.

Trust me when I say, it's only for people who can't crack any other job. Indian retail banking is for low IQs. I had to upgrade and work on myself. I realized it late. Look, it's my personal experience including the way managers treat their reportees; From my time in icici, I think you can do better than ICICI. Keep trying.

Bank employee harrassing I process employee and people still working due to employment issues in India.Bank employee always treated like begger because they are thinking they are owner of this company...but they are not... senior management should think about and they should take feedback from I process employee about their issues on regular basis...

People who are sitting on the higher positions they just wants to fulfill their targets for their promotions but don't understand the mental condition of the juniors in which they work and get heavily pressurized to either work or resign this situation should be improved

There is bad work culture in my working department everyday there are cockroaches in desk and in multiple areas in offices and there is no proper cleaning also we have to wait for closure for dockets everyday even if after 5 pm there was cut of tat everyday but still we have to wait as it got important for any one from sales team and not even getting proper time for my personal life so that are bad things in this company rest are good and please don't reveal my identity to anyone...Read More

I had given my 14 precious years to ICICI Bank since 2010. The culture was extremely employee friendly and specially respectful for women. But now things are very different. No respect no rewards and vindictive and toxic work culture

Off late the culture has become very toxic and few people who have gained power in the system are taking the whole thing for a nice ride! No workstation, forced travels to distant locations through random transfers,despite of opportunities of working from nearby location, vindictive and revengeful seniors who are using the system and denying employees of their bonus and increment. HR is a puppet with deaf ears and dumb face. I was forced to leave as I was denied of any growth or opportunities despite being a super performer all through. One person who did not liked me and was powerful took away all my benefits and made me sit like a furniture without any defined KRA. Had tried several means to reach out to HR and seniors but they royally ignored my turmoil. Dear all, 1 ) very bad behaviour management from HR to reporting manager. 2) mentel sales pressure and mis guided to customer to opening trading account. 3) reporting Manager providing low salary range customer below 20K salary, and they can't eligible for cc , trading account, home loan, car loan etc, but reporting Manager askingsales number from that's wasted leads. 4) for account opening corporate they will send you Chennai to kanchipuram district almost 160 kilometres per day very long distance. U spent fuel Rs 9000/- and more but company give fuel allowance only 4,000/- 5) and your reporting Manager rejected your fuel allowance 3 to 4 times without any reason. 6) office time 9:15am to 5:15pm but after joining in few days management says 9 am to 7pm and some time 8pm to 9pm happened 7) my reporting Manager Deepak Kumar working Chennai koyambedu branch. He always like girls fellow. He don't like to talk boys and laughing. He only like girls and laughing time pass. And lunch time enjoying with girls eating food by his hand, and free pickup dropped for ladies but no boys. 8) if you go to ask employees icici toll free number they don't take an action to them because internal policies is fraud. 9) i left ICICI Bank 5 months ago still PF amount not settelment in pf account. 10) my good advice to youngers u have completed his /her degree please don't join like this of company.
