1. Work culture is pathetic and you have to work for more than 12 hours per day. Even after that, you may get a call from your boss or colleague at any time of the day (or night). I witnessed multiple instances where the boss said "it's ok dear, you are anyways at your home. So what will you do after 8 PM. The better option is to complete tomorrow's task today only". Another instance was when I asked 1 day leave to celebrate my kid's birthday and the response was "Birthday will be celebrated in evening & hence you can log off at 6:00 PM. But I cannot give you leave as we are working on a critical project". 2. The seniors (specially the ones who are associated with Bank for more than 18 years) treat you like you are their servant or a dog. 3. No proper training is provided as per the job requirement. 4. HR policies appear good on papers but when it comes to implementation, they are worst. HR always take side of the one who is holding higher designation in the organization. 5. Peer pressure is too much and every second day, you will be compared with a geek or a nerd by your boss, just to demotivate you. 6. Regionalism, Languagism, Casteism, Religionism, Favoritism etc. were just the crap words to me but these words started taking shape in this organization. This means if your boss is a Tamil guy who is settled in Mumbai, he will promote another person holding similar identity. 7. Annual hike is pathetic and a large part of your package is kept as variable. This variable becomes null and void if you resign even 1 day before disbursal of this component. 8. Performance and appraisal system is not transparent. 9. During Covid-19 pandemic, when all the other companies had asked their employees to Work from their Home or anywhere, ICICI Bank had put the clause stating you can have WFH but you have to be present in the city of your office. Managers can do injustice but they arent punisged a left free . HR team can't take any big decisions in managers behaviour. 360 feedback is missing . Because of veteran staff company loosing loyal employees

I got a very good platform here to enhance my skills and work performance very fast. Got many opportunities where I can able to showcase my knowledge and I have done that successfully. Working with best management team and having good work culture and support from Manager.

This is an well established company where you can work as per process, if you want to grow the definitely this is not a oppertunity but yes if you want process orientated company you can work here lots of politics but you can balance your work and personal life too this review is based on my designation pls don't get confused.

Politics, your boss can put his hand on your bonus, underestimating ones performance.
