Learning and knowledge that was the key things which still attract me for this role, as well as interaction with customers and facing various complex transaction. Over all job security was also good , if you don't give up, and have enough patience to hear the sounds of seniors , then you do not have any need to fear, job is then totally secured.

Dislikes

It's office culture, uses of languages by the seniors, work life balance and growth in terms of grade and finance. In terms of gaining knowledge it's excellent.
