The best thing about the organisation is it's work Life balance, there fare to bank fare to customer approach. In ICICI seniors are not allowed to pressure employee. Easy to crack business

The most dislike thing was they have college based promotion system, means if someone is graduated from best institute, he/she will get promoted even if their performance is below average.

Pathetic HR ,work place have lot of politics HR don’t listen to employee except they preference only senior employees who stayed here 14-15 years old in system they do what they want to do . ICICI bank created RMG GROUP bosses fully misuse of this group according to them so most of the employee feeling insecure because they don’t know after a year what they can do with employees .
