Worst corporate culture. Toxic work culture. Superiors show bossism. No respect for employees. HR don't have powers to do anything. Visakhapatnam City Head Shiva Chittipoli, he treats employees as laborers, he doesn't give any respect.

Well there will be monthly target no matter what designation you are at you should complete your target. And if it is on role job , for sales there will be no incentives how much ever you generate the income there is no use of it . What I say you guys is never join banking sectors if you are not interested in sales that to in a on role .

If your performance is poor or due to office politics, you can be transferred on the same day without much notice. However, job security is not at risk. Additionally, while annual bonuses at the upper level are decent, for M1 grade and below, they are not very satisfactory. There is no incentive system at all. No matter how much effort you put in or if you achieve 110% of your business targets, or how loyal you are, it won’t matter. You won’t get a single rupee as an incentive. Overall the organisation in terms of salary structure, Work life balance and promotion appraisal is better than any other existing Bank.

Dislikes

The organization is certainly not meant for employees who are novice in the banking field. The training and helping environment is not at all good.

Office Politics level is very high. Door Step Banking & Tax Departments very very worst Departments. Mumbai (Chandivali). Politics with employees very high level because of this lots of employees was resigned theirs job without serving notice period.

Working with ICICI Bank is a pride. Amazing organisation to work. Unlimited sick leave and the organisation even reimburse huge medical bills beyond the medical coverage in case of severe medical ailment.

1.Personally I felt like the num of leaves for Paternity leave is less here .Please increase the paternity leave days because even father also want to take care of their new born kids in intial days that is the most valuable time for anybody in their lifetime 2.Please revise the salary structure of ICICI asper standards of current decade scenario
